This is a manually prepared service, not an instant download. At checkout, you provide the personal Gmail address that should own the files. Your workbook is prepared and transferred within one business day after a complete eligible order.
After delivery, you accept ownership, authorise the verified Google application and create your Result Form through the guided setup.

Work, school and organisation-managed Google accounts are not currently supported for ownership delivery.
